Twitter: The Gateway Drug to Blogging

Social networking services like Twitter are more addictive than cigarettes or alcohol. So says a study by the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

And I wouldn’t argue. In fact, I think Twitter is the gateway drug to blogging.

I’ve never been one with words. English papers were always my worst nightmare. But in the summer of 2010, I signed up for a little thing called Twitter. It has allowed me to express my thoughts in small snippets. And it’s safe to say that I’m addicted.

Two years later, I feel the desire to expand upon my measly 140 character tweets. So here I am. Blogging. Stay tuned for more!
